With a clinician referral, the telehealth consultation and follow up visit fees will likely be covered by your provincial health insurance plan.

At the end of your treatment course, you’ll receive detailed instructions for safely returning the equipment using a prepaid shipping label and packaging provided by Zipstim. The refundable deposit will be returned upon the safe return of the device in good condition.

While we provide physician-supervised treatment during your course of tDCS, our approach emphasizes collaboration with your primary care physician, nurse practitioner, and/or psychiatrist. After completing the program, clients are referred back to their primary care provider or specialist for continued care and follow-up.

What happens after I complete my tDCS treatment course?Once your tDCS treatment course is finished, Zipstim will provide you with a summary of your progress and treatment outcomes. You will be referred back to your primary care physician, nurse practitioner, and/or psychiatrist for ongoing management of your health concerns, ensuring a seamless transition back to your usual care team.
